We also have our 6000 square feet multi storey flagship store by the name of POSHAK, located in Sector17 C, Chandigarh and have been serving customers for the last 30 years. Our products are from a collection that is sourced from our Indian-based designers and also from our in house designers..
Are your products authentic?
Yes! poshakbazaar.com is an authorized e-commerce retailer for all of the brands advertised on our website. We provide our customers with a guarantee that our products are 100% authentic and come directly from the designer.
How do I place an order?
Once you have found a product that you would like to purchase, select your size from the drop down menu and click on the “ADD TO BAG” button located directly below. You may then review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on “SHOPPING BAG” in the top right corner of the page. If you would like to remove an item from your shopping bag, click on the “X” to the right of the item. You may also change the quantity of the number of pieces you would like of the same piece. Once you are satisfied with your purchase, click “CHECKOUT” for payment and shipping instructions. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from use along with an invoice.
You may also select the “Custom” option if you would like to order an item according to your unique measurements. Please note that although we strive to ensure that the garment is made as close as possible to the measurements you have provided during a custom order, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Please refer to the Custom Measurement Order section for more details.
What methods of payment can I use?
poshakbazaar.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Netbanking, Rupay, etc.which allows you to pay with both debit and credit cards. We use the payment gateway of India's leading bank AXIS BANK which in turn uses state of the art technilogies to keep your information and credit card numbers absolutely safe.
Which size should I choose?
Within the product details page, there will be a link to an international size guide. Choose the size that best matches one of these categories. Alternatively, you may also choose “Custom” which will take you to our measurement guide and allow you to enter exact measurements. Please refer to the “Custom Measurement Order section in our Terms and Conditions for this option.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. There may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, in order to checkout you must first register and open an account. Once you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of being the first to know of any promotions or sales on www.poshakbazaar.com and keep updated through newsletters of the latest trends. You will also be able to track in real time any packages that are being shipped to you by us. Browsing products does not require account registration.
How can I change my account details?
Simply login by clicking on the icon at the top left corner of the page. You may change your address, add multiple addresses, change your measurements, change your credit card details and update your wishlist. Click on “Edit” within the appropriate section you wish to update.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once logged into your account, click on My Account and select the “My Orders” tab. The details of your order will be visible here.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if it has already been submitted for processing.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled but subject to our approval. If you wish to cancel your order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. Once your request is approved, we will refund your payment right away. Please note that it may take up to 7 to 15 business days to get your money back in your account. Your cancellation decision absolutely rests on us as it is dependent on the process of your ordered outfit. Also cancellation charges can vary from 15 % to 18 % of the total paid amount ( including shipping, if any )
I am not satisfied with the garment that I have received. Can I return it?
Ready to wear and in stock garments (only from our " Deals " section, are eligible for return as long as you get the garment to us within 7 to maximum 10 days of receiving it. Custom ordered garments are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
If I return something, will I get my money back?
If your item is eligible for return, you will receive a refund in the form of an account credit toward a future purchase. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Can I change the shipping destination once my order has been dispatched?
No, unfortunately once an order has been dispatched, the shipping destination cannot be changed. However if it is utmost important for you to change it, you can quickly email to us with the Order Id no. and can put up a request to do so. The decision on this would be absolutely ours as if we think we can send to your new shipping address, we'll be more than happy to. However, before making an order, please take careful note of the delivery time mentioned in the product details page and ensure you provide an appropriate address accordingly.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.
The product I want is sold out. Can I still order it?
If a product you like is marked sold out, this means that it is currently not available by the designer. We make every effort to give our customers what they want. You can email us at email@example.com and let us know of the same.
How long will it take for me to receive my garment(s)?
Each garment has a different delivery and processing time. Garments that are in stock (picked up from our " Deals section ) should reach you within 10-12 business days. Garments not in stock and custom order garments can take up to 8 weeks to deliver from the time your order is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All products purchased on poshakbazaar.com are elgible for worldwide shipping. You may select your country from the drop down list while checking out. If you do not see your country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
All products displayed are exclusive of import duties, custom duties. There is a chance that these duties can be levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Since custom duties amounts vary from country to country, we cannot provide you with an estimate of how much duties will be charged to you. You may contact your local customs border agency who may advise you based on the information you provide them.

If a garment is in stock, can I pick it up from your store location?
Yes. Any in stock garments can be picked up from our Chandigarh store. If you would like to pick up a garment, please email us and we will provide you with special instructions on how to order your product. This method will save you the cost of shipping. If you have already ordered your garment online, you may still pick it up from our location, however the shipping cost cannot be reimbursed.
